Payments:

EFT transfer: Fastest and no fees

Please send the proof of payment to: orders@flye.co.za

Same bank payments will take  2-3 working hours for the payment to reflect ( weekends or after hours do not count! )

Please note we do not take any cheques, and we do not take any foreign/international deposits or EFT even from neighboring countries, even if its same bank. We will not process these at all. If you do international EFT you will have to go reverse it.

We will send the confirmation email once the payment has reflected.

Your order will be in processing only after the payment has reflected correctly with the right ref number.

Not the item name, not our name, not your name or someone else's name!!

Contact us by email if the payment hasn't reflected or wrong ref used. 

Courier delivery information: Courier deliveries are fulfilled by various external courier companies. We pack and they collect+ deliver.

Courier is R89 flat rate. Courier delivers all regular sized parcels to all major and regional cities.

Remote cities/large parcels will go to post office. We will email you if your parcel is oversized.

Addresses cannot be changed once its packed and left our office.

Major cities takes 2-3 working days, such as: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, PE. 

Regional/remote cities takes 4-10 working days.

If these delivery times doesn't suit you, please send your own courier or uber to collect

Courier does not deliver to: Post boxes, Farm, game farm, plot, mines, power station, border posts, national parks, remote cities, rural addresses without road, road name or house number, post boxes or currently rioting places.

All regional/remote areas which courier does not deliver to and large parcels, we will contact you by email

Mannequin heads or heavy/large parcels will have extra courier fees, please get in touch with us to find out more. 

If you are going to use your own courier please get in contact with us to organize collection. 

Ensure all delivery details are filled in correctly and someone is able to receive the parcel at your address.

Flye.co.za does not take any responsibility or dissatisfaction for late delivery or courier company related issues. These are issues outside of our control if the package is dispatched on time from us. 

Occasionally undeliverable parcels will be returned to us, after 3 attempts to deliver and no response or solution via contacts, then you have to pay another courier for us to re-send it. We do not refund for undeliverable or uncollected parcels.

Return and exchange rules:

Exchange can be made within 10 days from the arrival of your order. Return courier (both ways) are paid by buyer. If you are exchanging, you will also pay another courier for the item be shipped back. So best is to come buy in store or drop off and collect. Courier does not drop off and collect your exchange. 

All items must be in original packaging, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free, with all tag, bands, seal bands intact. All hair which has been used/opened/tried on can't be exchanged. 

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any tried on, tags removed, fitted, dyed, washed or used hair extensions.

Please decide whether you want to keep them or return them before using them

Any used or unused hair dye and liquid lines cannot be returned. Please note all tints are quality guaranteed but result of a home job/job done elsewhere cannot be guaranteed by flye.co.za. Results are depending on hair types, color and current conditions, as well as application techniques.

Full wigs cannot be returned or exchanged. Once its sent out we cannot guarantee the cleanness of the returned wig for the next customer.

Courier or postage fee cannot be refunded on a return due to wrong order placed by customers.

If the wrong product is delivered to you, we will confirm and pay for return courier.

Please contact us within 2 days so we can arrange collection and process are fund or exchange. Item must be in original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for exchange/refund.

All returned item will be checked before exchange/refund is made.

Self collection orders: please collect within 30 days from ordering and any return, refund, exchange must be done within 10 working days.

Uncollected parcels will be donated to CANCA after 45 days, no refund will be given for no collection.

Warrantee and Guarantee:

All human hair related products are pre tested for authenticity and guaranteed 100%. We could also test them in the store and view under the microscope. You can also take it to a forensic lab for tests.

Life span of the hair extensions are depending on wear and care, fitting and shampoo/chemical used etc.

High heat and chemical treatments can damage the extensions

If you choose to dye, perm, bleach hair at home or elsewhere, flye.co.za will not take any responsibility for these chemical jobs done elsewhere.

Please read the care instruction included for proper care and recommended shampoo. All other/ un-tested shampoo can dry out your human hair extensions especially blonde hair, regardless whether they are off the shelf or professional, they may not be suited for extensions.

All clips and accessories are guaranteed for 30 days, please bring it in for free repairs.

Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Each item is intended to be used as per its title and description. Read the entire description before purchasing, and email us if you have any questions. 

flye.co.za accepts no liability whatsoever for the safety, reliability, durability and performance for any products used outside its described purpose. Should you proceed to do so at your own risk.

Examples including but not limited to: Clip in hair being cut up and used as keratin bonds, Eyelash glue used for sticking of weaves. Hair dye used on eyebrows, ETC.

Color representation:

All photos are taken in store in bright indoor lighting. Even the same hair in different camera lighting can look different. All monitors/phone screen will display photos differently. If you are concerned about color , please come in store and view.

Different ranges and batches will be different even with same color code, this is normal for both human hair and synthetic hair. In order to match another hair piece, please bring it though to our store and match.

Electricals:

Electrical Warranty are carried out by supplier. In the slim event of an warranty issue, Customer will bring the electrical tool in, or post it back to be sent to supplier for testing or repairs, most likely will take less than 7 days.

Electricals cannot be returned for refund when its out of packaging.

Buy to sell/ hawker /Salon/ middleman beware:

Buy to sell at your own risk. No return on items without original packaging. and No refund given for items out of packaging. Do not buy it unless you/your business can sell it. We do not support any drop ship type selling on our website.

Cancellation:

Unpaid orders: Just leave it as we do not process any unpaid orders nor reserve any items.

Paid orders:

Please email us immediately when you wish to cancel an already paid order.

When the parcel has not been packed, we will confirm and refund the total amount

When the parcel already packed into pre paid courier bag, the courier fee will be deducted as we will tear open the pre paid bag.

When parcel already packed and left our office: You will have to receive the parcel and pay return courier/ bring it into the store for refund. Courier fees will be deducted, and item will be inspected and processed.

All cancellation will take 3-5 working days to process.
