Our business began by selling products on Takealot, South Africa's biggest online marketplace. We then expanded to Bobshop, Makro, Amazon, and now, our first physical location!

Can I collect my order?
Yes! You can place an order and collect from our shop in Cape Town instead of paying a shipping fee. If your product is in stock it should be available for collection same day. If your product is not in stock it may take 3 to 4 working days to be ready for collection.
How do I make order/make payment?
We currently are not integrated with a payment platform or provider so we work strictly on EFT transfer. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with banking details. After making payment, using your order number as a reference we will dispatch your order once payment reflects in our bank account. Please also send us proof of payment to orders@flye.co.za
Can I try on the hair products?
We hold the quality and sterility of our hair products in the highest regard. It is for this reason that we highly recommend that you research the type of hair product you are interested in and consult with your stylist so that you can be sure it will work for your hair type and colour.
You are most welcome to colour match our hair product in store to your satisfaction without removing them from the packaging, at no cost. If you would like to try one of our product on we require a R50 deposit for each hairpiece before try-on.
If you purchase the hair piece, this deposit will be deducted from your remaining total. If you do not purchase the hairpiece the deposit will be forfeited. After a hairpiece has been worn it is not able to be sold in the store again.
Is the Hair Synthetic?
We stock multiple types of hair from high quality synthetic hair to human hair. There are many types of synthetic and human hairs sold on the market which are of very poor quality. We take the utmost care in sourcing the best suppliers for our customers that are a cut above the rest.
Can I return the hair products if I am not satisfied?
Due to our commitment to supplying high quality, sanitary hair pieces to our customers we cannot accept exchanges for any hair pieces that have been removed from their packaging.
If you or your stylist recognizes that this hairpiece will not work for you, you are most welcome to exchange the piece for another one as long it is still inside its original packaging and has not been removed or tried on.
We do not accept returns unfortunatly we only will allow exchanges.
